UpTurnships’ Mission: To serve highly motivated underrepresented college interns, while bridging access to employer partners who are building a racially inclusive and equitable workforce.

We offer several programs in the Spring, Fall, & Summer semesters that connect youth to paid internships or projects with employer partners which includes robust training & 1:1 professional coaching.

We make sure our students are Prepared, Equipped and Experienced with a Plan for the Future!
